Important: Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a material breach of the Master SaaS Subscription Agreement and may result in immediate suspension or termination of the Subscriber's account without refund. By accepting the Master SaaS Subscription Agreement at checkout, the Subscriber also accepts this AUP in full.

- Using the platform as one input among several in making business decisions on behalf of the Subscriber's clients
- Accessing account information, processing status, and alert history through DataDate Intelligence's designated channels
- Contacting DataDate Intelligence support for assistance with account setup, document processing questions, or alert interpretation
02Accepted Document Types

Forwarding unsupported document types may result in processing errors, inaccurate extractions, or unnecessary consumption of the Subscriber's monthly processing limit. DataDate Intelligence is not responsible for inaccurate results arising from non-standard document submissions.
03Prohibited Use
The following uses of the DataDate Intelligence platform are strictly prohibited:
Account & Access Misuse
- Sharing account credentials, processing inboxes, or alert notifications with any individual not named as the account holder
- Allowing any third party — including employers, colleagues, assistants, or business partners — to use the Subscriber's account
- Purchasing a subscription for the purpose of providing access to others as a resale or agency arrangement
- Attempting to access DataDate Intelligence systems, databases, or infrastructure beyond the scope of the contracted service
- Using automated scripts, bots, or other tools to interact with the platform outside of the designated email-based submission process
Data Misuse
- Forwarding documents belonging to clients of another broker without that broker's explicit written authorization
- Submitting fabricated, altered, or fraudulent documents to the processing pipeline
- Forwarding documents containing personal data for which the Subscriber has not obtained appropriate authorization from the data subject
- Using platform outputs to compile market intelligence, competitor analysis, or industry data sets beyond the Subscriber's own portfolio management
Platform Integrity
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or reconstruct any part of the DataDate Intelligence extraction methodology, AI prompts, workflow logic, or database architecture
- Probing, scanning, or testing the security or performance of the DataDate Intelligence platform without explicit written authorization
- Introducing malware, malicious code, or harmful content into the processing pipeline via forwarded documents or email attachments
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any processing limit, access control, or security measure
Commercial Misuse
- Reselling, sublicensing, white-labeling, or otherwise commercializing access to the DataDate Intelligence platform or its outputs
- Using alert outputs or platform data to build, train, or improve a competing service
- Representing DataDate Intelligence's services as the Subscriber's own proprietary offering to their clients or any third party
04Account Rules
- Each subscription covers a single named individual. The account holder is responsible for all activity that occurs under their account
- The Subscriber must maintain accurate and current account information at all times, including contact details and billing information
- The Subscriber must promptly notify DataDate Intelligence of any suspected unauthorized access to their account at info@datadateintelligence.com
- The Subscriber's designated processing inbox (their assigned @ddi.llc address) may only be used to forward documents belonging to the Subscriber's own active client portfolio
- The Subscriber may only forward documents from email addresses that have been registered and approved in their DataDate Intelligence account
05Processing Limits & Fair Use
Each subscription tier includes a monthly lease processing limit. These limits exist to ensure service quality and fair resource allocation across all Subscribers. The following apply:
- Processing limits reset to zero on the 1st of each calendar month
- Submitting duplicate documents within the same billing cycle consumes processing capacity and will not generate additional alerts — the deduplication system will identify and discard exact duplicates
- Attempting to circumvent processing limits through multiple accounts, shared accounts, or any other means constitutes a material breach of this AUP
- DataDate Intelligence reserves the right to review unusual submission patterns and suspend processing pending investigation
06Enforcement
DataDate Intelligence reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Upon investigation, DataDate Intelligence may take the following actions at its sole discretion:
- Warning: Issue a written warning to the Subscriber for a first or minor violation
- Suspension: Temporarily suspend the Subscriber's account pending investigation or remediation
- Termination: Immediately terminate the Subscriber's account without refund for serious, repeated, or willful violations
- Legal action: Pursue legal remedies for violations that cause material harm to DataDate Intelligence or its other Subscribers
DataDate Intelligence will act in good faith and with reasonable proportionality in responding to AUP violations. Subscribers who believe a violation determination was made in error may contact disputes@datadateintelligence.com to request review.
07Grounds for Immediate Termination
The following violations will result in immediate account termination without warning and without refund:
- Sharing account access with any third party for commercial or resale purposes
- Submitting fraudulent or fabricated documents to the processing pipeline
- Attempting to reverse-engineer the DataDate Intelligence platform or methodology
- Any action that introduces security vulnerabilities or disrupts service for other Subscribers
- Using the platform in any manner that violates applicable law
- Providing false information during onboarding or account registration
No refunds on termination for cause: Accounts terminated for AUP violations are not eligible for any refund of subscription fees paid, including the current month's subscription fee.
