01Who We Are

DataDate Intelligence, LLC is a single-member limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Illinois. We operate a proprietary data monitoring and alert platform designed exclusively for independent equipment leasing and finance brokers.

02What Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to deliver our lease monitoring and alert services. This includes:

• Broker contact information provided at onboarding — name, business email, phone number, and company name
• Monthly vendor invoices forwarded to our processing inbox by the broker or their clients, which may contain equipment descriptions, payment amounts, payoff balances, and lessor details
• Lease contract metadata derived from invoice processing — name, remaining balance, end-of-term date, and notification window calculations
• Communication records — emails and SMS messages exchanged between DataDate Intelligence and the broker
• Billing information processed securely through our payment processor — we do not store full credit card numbers

We do not collect personal information about the broker's end clients beyond what appears on forwarded invoices. We do not collect social security numbers, tax identification numbers, or personal financial account details.

03How We Use Your Information

All information collected is used exclusively to deliver the DataDate Intelligence service. Specifically:

• Invoice data is processed to extract lease balance information and calculate refinance notification windows
• Broker contact details are used solely to deliver Arbitrage window alerts via SMS and email
• Aggregated, anonymized data may be used internally to improve our extraction accuracy and service quality — never in a form that identifies any individual broker or their clients
• Billing information is used solely to process monthly subscription payments

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your information or your clients' information to any third party for marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes of any kind.

04Data Storage and Security

Invoice data and extracted lease information is stored in our secure cloud-based database. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your data.

• All data transmission occurs over encrypted connections (SSL/TLS)
• Access to stored data is restricted to authorized DataDate Intelligence personnel only
• Invoice files are retained only as long as necessary to deliver the service and are purged upon contract termination per the terms of your Master SaaS Agreement

While we take data security seriously, no system is completely impenetrable. In the event of a data breach that affects your information, we will notify you promptly in accordance with applicable Illinois state law.

05Third-Party Service Providers

To operate our platform, we engage a limited number of third-party technology providers. These providers access your data only to the extent necessary to perform their specific function and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose:

• Cloud automation and workflow routing
• Database hosting and management
• SMS and email delivery services
• Payment processing

We do not share data with any providers outside of those directly required to operate the service.

06Your Rights and Data Retention

As a broker client of DataDate Intelligence, you have the right to request access to the data we hold on your account, request corrections to inaccurate information, and request deletion of your data upon termination of your subscription.

Upon cancellation of your subscription, all invoice files and extracted lease data associated with your account will be purged from our systems within 30 days, unless retention is required by applicable law.

07Broker Responsibility for Client Data

When a broker's client forwards invoices to our processing address, the broker represents and warrants that they have obtained any necessary authorization from their client to share that invoice data with DataDate Intelligence for the purpose of lease monitoring. DataDate Intelligence is not responsible for ensuring such authorization exists — that responsibility rests solely with the subscribing broker.

08Changes to This Policy

DataDate Intelligence reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 14 days prior to taking effect. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
