Your lease limit is the total number of active leases we monitor simultaneously. Each Funding Schedule you forward creates one monitored lease. When a lease matures or expires it no longer counts against your limit. If you're consistently near your limit you can upgrade at any time and the change takes effect immediately.
When you reach 80% of your lease limit we send a capacity warning alert. At 90% we send a second warning. New Funding Schedules submitted after you hit 100% are held and you receive a notification to upgrade before they're processed. No data is lost — we simply queue the new leases until capacity is available.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel from your Stripe billing portal at any time and your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After cancellation your lease data is retained for 30 days then permanently deleted per our data retention policy.
Two document types: Funding Schedules (the initial lease contract from deal closing) and monthly Invoices (the monthly statements your clients receive from their lessors). Forward both as PDF attachments to your dedicated processing inbox. No logins, no portals, no data entry — just email forwarding.

All billing is handled through Stripe's secure customer portal. After subscribing you receive a link to your personal billing portal where you can update your payment method, download receipts, view billing history, and manage your subscription — no password required, just your email address.
